Job summary

Sigma Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead full turnkey M&E projects, including decarbonisation and asset replacement, across multiple retail accounts. The role requires strong leadership, a track record of delivering complex projects, and excellent client liaison capabilities.

Castleford-based with nationwide travel, hybrid options noted. You will oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while developing

Qualifications

• Proven senior project management experience in M&E, HVAC, or building services.
• Experience delivering multiple projects in fast-paced live environments.
• Strong client-facing and account management skills.
• Experience with decarbonisation projects and major HVAC asset replacements.
• Commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of client relationships and project delivery.
• Deliver multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account.
• Develop and maintain account plans, manage pipelines, risks, and growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and repeat work with key clients.
• Lead surveys, design reviews, and start-up meetings.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, variations, and cost-to-complete reviews.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Promote safety culture and ensure CDM compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and governance dashboards.
