Job summary

The Labour Group seeks an experienced M&E Manager for a major super prime residential project in Wiltshire. You will oversee mechanical and electrical works, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, technical requirements and stringent quality standards.

Reporting to the project leadership, you will coordinate M&E subcontractors, review designs, monitor progress and maintain health and safety across activities. The role suits candidates with residential M&E expertise and SMSTS.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering super prime or high-end residential projects.
• A relevant mechanical or electrical qualification.
• A valid SMSTS qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge coordinating building services installations.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, resolve technical issues and maintain demanding quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating M&E subcontractors and interfaces with the wider construction team.
• Reviewing designs, technical submissions and installation proposals.
• Monitoring progress against the programme and resolving delivery issues.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality across M&E activities.
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and handover.
