Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is recruiting an M&E Manager for a major Wiltshire project in the super prime residential sector. You will oversee the mechanical and electrical delivery on a circa £50m MEP package, working within a high-end environment with tight programme constraints.

Applicants should have a mechanical or electrical qualification, SMSTS, and a proven track record delivering super-prime residential schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering super prime or high-end residential projects.
• Strong coordination of M&E with other trades.
• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualification and SMSTS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors and interfaces with the wider team.
• Review designs, submissions and installation proposals.
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain high health and safety and quality standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover.
