Job summary

The Royal Horseguards is seeking a Cluster M&E & Groups Team Leader to guide our meetings & events and group sales efforts across our hotels. You will lead a dynamic team, overseeing event planning and execution, and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure superb guest experiences.

You will develop strategies to grow M&E offerings, drive revenue, and foster strong client relationships while maintaining a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

• Proven experience in M&E sales or event management with focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to guide and develop a high-performing team across meetings & events.
