Job summary

Harmony Fire Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to own electrical fire safety projects across the South of England.

You will lead delivery from pre-start through to completion, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring programme, budget and quality standards are met. The role requires experience with fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and related electrical works, plus strong client relationship skills and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing electrical fire safety projects.
• Strong knowledge of BS5839/BS5266 and applicable electrical install standards.
• Experience running pre-start meetings and coordinating site teams/subcontractors.
• Solid budget control and variation identification across projects.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of electrical fire safety projects across the South of England, from pre-start to final sign-off.
• Manage full lifecycle for fire alarm, emergency lighting and associated electrical works.
• Run pre-start meetings; manage site teams and subcontractors to programme and quality.
• Control programme and budget; identify variations and protect margin.
• Be the main client contact, communicating progress and addressing issues early.
• Ensure compliance with Harmony's quality and safety standards (BS5839/BS5266).
• Collaborate with pre-construction, procurement and service teams for smooth handovers.
