Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group, a leading M&E building services contractor, is seeking a Senior Estimator for its London operation. The role centers on steering tenders from initial review through final submission, combining technical understanding with commercial judgment to deliver robust, competitive bids.

You will review tender data, develop detailed estimates, and analyse quotations while engaging with clients, consultants, and suppliers to mitigate risk and maximise value in a complex project

Qualifications

• Experienced M&E estimator with strong understanding of building services and commercial requirements in complex construction environments.
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical environments, or similar sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review tender information and develop detailed estimates.
• Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Assess risk and identify value-improvement opportunities.
• Maintain strong collaboration with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process.
