The ideal candidate will hold National Grid competencies and the CP/NS12 qualifications, with Lift Supervisor and Manual Handling certifications, and be able to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors. ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Grid CP and NS12 competencies.
• Lift Supervisor qualification required.
• Manual Handling certification.
• Experience supervising electrical/M&E in utilities.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and M&E activities on site.
• Coordinate electrical teams, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Monitor progress against programme and report delays.
• Ensure compliance with National Grid procedures and safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor installation quality.
• Ensure RAMS are understood and followed.
• Coordinate lifting activities and lifting procedures.
• Support planning and coordination of site activities.
• Identify and elevate technical, safety or programme issues.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate site records and assist documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture.
