Job summary

Carrington West is currently seeking an experienced M&E Electrical Supervisor for a site in Melksham, Wiltshire. You will supervise electrical and M&E activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant delivery in line with National Grid requirements.

The contract runs until February 2027. The daily rate is £400 CIS, with applicants expected to hold National Grid CP, NS12, Lift Supervisor and Manual Handling tickets and have relevant substation experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Grid CP, NS12 and Lift Supervisor tickets.
• Experience in M&E / Electrical Supervisor roles.
• Experience working in National Grid / substation environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervising electrical and M&E activities on site.
• Coordinating site teams and ensuring safe, efficient delivery.
• Monitoring health, safety and quality on site.
• Ensuring compliance with National Grid procedures.
• Supporting the wider project and site management team.
• Coordinating lifting activities when required.
