Job summary

Westwood Recruitment is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager or Project Engineer to lead building services projects across commercial environments. You will manage from enquiry to final account, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and strong commercial control.

You will develop programmes, coordinate teams, monitor profitability and maintain close client relationships, while identifying additional works opportunities to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing M&E or building services projects.
• Strong commercial awareness including budgeting and variations.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specs.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E building services projects from enquiry through to final account.
• Develop project programmes, resource plans and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and specialists.
• Monitor progress, risks, profitability and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
