Job summary

CVUK is recruiting for a Senior Sales Associate in London for a luxury fashion brand. You will deliver an exceptional level of service while building relationships with new and existing clients, and confidently work toward individual sales targets.

You will provide personalised styling advice, maintain high standards of presentation, and collaborate with the store team to drive business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience within luxury retail.
• Strong clienteling and VIC management experience.
• Commercially driven with a proven track record exceeding sales targets.
• Polished, professional, and confident representing a luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop clienteling opportunities through regular follow-up and personalised communication.
• Provide knowledgeable styling and product advice.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and develop client relationships.
• Work closely with the wider store team to achieve business targets.
• Maintain visual and presentation standards across the store.
• Support day-to-day store operations when required.
