Job summary

VCCP Group LLP is seeking an Account Manager within the Loyalty CRM Team in London. You will support on customer strategy projects, social, mapping and journey development, and multi-channel comms development from hyper-personalised emails to landing pages.

You will work closely with account handlers, creatives, strategists, data and tech specialists, applying a strong digital background and excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and drive impactful CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital CRM and loyalty campaigns.
• Strong client management and multi-tasking at agency level.
• Excellent communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships from junior to mid-level.
• Support Senior Account Director across projects.
• Lead on customer strategy, social, mapping and journey development.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns from email to landing pages.
