Job summary

VCCP in London is seeking a midweight designer to join the Loyalty & CRM team. You will design primarily for email, collaborating with two senior designers to deliver standout work for loyalty and CRM accounts.

You will push the boundaries of design within brand guidelines, work with copywriters, and proactively identify opportunities to create exceptional communications for clients.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the design process from brief to final execution.
• Create engaging designs across email, web, social, presentations and DM.
• Collaborate with senior designers, art directors, copywriters, strategy and account teams.
• Understand technical constraints and educate stakeholders accordingly.
• Manage time and multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Present work to clients and handle feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with external agencies and third-party developers.
