Lawes Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of Commercial Property and Business Interruption claims across England. This is a home-based role with flexible location and occasional client-site travel within the territory.

You will handle claims from initial instruction through to settlement, performing site visits, assessing losses, liaising with policyholders and brokers, and preparing settlement proposals.

Qualifications

• Experiences as Loss Adjuster handling commercial property and BI claims.
• Ability to investigate and assess losses and determine policy liability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and manage workload independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial Property and BI claims from instruction to settlement.
• Conduct site visits and assess losses to establish damage and liability.
• Liaise with policyholders, brokers, insurers and solicitors throughout the process.
• Prepare detailed reports, recommendations and settlement proposals.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain high service standards.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the claims journey.
