Job summary

QuestGates Ltd is recruiting a Loss Adjuster to cover the North of England, including the Northeast and Yorkshire. The role is home based with travel across the region, investigating commercial property claims and reporting in line with client requirements and service standards.

Applicants should have a strong track record in property claims, be able to work remotely and maintain high levels of customer service, with DIP CILA qualification preferred and a minimum of three years in a related

Qualifications

• Expertise in commercial property claims
• Strong communication in writing and speaking
• Proficient IT skills
• Demonstrated integrity and leadership

• Willing to pursue DIP CILA
• 3+ years property claims experience
• Strong background handling property owner claims

Responsibilities

• Provide high level technical quality and service delivery
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Share knowledge and contribute as a positive team member
• Communicate proactively with all relevant parties to manage claims
• Promote and support TCF principles
• Ensure adherence to client SLA and KPI targets
• Be accountable for resolving issues satisfactorily
