Job summary

BPX is seeking a senior Logistics Transformation Expert to join a large-scale transformation programme for an international client. The role blends deep logistics expertise with consulting and transformation experience, working with senior client stakeholders at Director and VP level.

The team will focus on strategy, operating models and logistics optimization across 3PL, warehousing and distribution. The position is a B2B contract with a hybrid working model, involves UK/Amsterdam client

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain or logistics transformation.
Strong expertise in warehousing, transportation and 3PL operations.
Experience delivering logistics transformation programmes.
A combination of in-house industry experience and consulting experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders at Director / VP level.
Ability to challenge, advise and defend recommendations in senior-level discussions.
Strong commercial and operational understanding of logistics.
Experience in QSR would be ideal.
Experience in FMCG, retail, food service or consumer goods will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Provide senior advisory support on logistics transformation initiatives across the client programme.
Lead design and execution of operating model transformations.
Drive improvements in 3PL strategy, warehousing, transportation and distribution.
