Job summary

Altana is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to be the technical lead on our logistics products, guiding deals from first call to signed order form. You’ll map broker workflows to Altana’s platform, design architectures, and drive technical narratives that win deals with brokers, providers, and IT leadership.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to align customer needs with Altana’s capabilities.

Qualifications

Proven ability to map current-state to future-state workflows for complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
Depth in systems architecture and integration: APIs, EDI, file-based transfers, and data modeling.
Ability to translate customer problems into Altana solutions with impact.

Responsibilities

Lead technical demos and solution design for logistics customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Implementation to capture voice of the customer.
Design end-to-end architectures showing integration paths into Altana for brokers and carriers.
Provide input to product direction based on field feedback and case studies.
Support pre-sales with APIs, EDI, and data-flow storytelling to executives.
