Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced Lead Logistics Solution Architect to join our Global and Regional Product organisation. You will develop end-to-end logistics solutions for customers, translating requirements into scalable operating models and technology-enabled solutions.

You'll lead workshops, create detailed configuration documents, and ensure designs meet customer needs. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with sales, product and delivery teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics or SaaS environments.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions as a Senior Solution Architect, Senior Business Analyst or Supply Chain Consultant.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle or other ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design activities from initial workshops through to customer sign-off.
• Develop detailed Solution Configuration Documents (SCDs) bridging customers and delivery teams.
• Translate customer requirements into use cases and technical specifications.
• Define integration architecture and data flows between customer systems and Maersk platforms.
• Support sales and pre-sales with solution scoping and effort estimates.
• Provide solution oversight during implementation.
