Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, HCI, Design Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, design technology, quality engineering, localisation engineering, or related product development roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in software development with tools to build automation and integrations.
• Experience working closely with design teams and Figma workflows, including reviewing designs before implementation.
• Experience validating or testing Figma designs for quality, scalability, localisation readiness, and implementation feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify localisation risks early in the design phase and collaborate with design, engineering, product, and localisation teams.
• Review Figma designs to improve localisation readiness before implementation and provide technical guidance.
• Build tools, automation, and workflows to enable faster and smarter localisation quality decisions.
• Develop and enforce localisation quality standards across the product lifecycle, from design to release.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve design validation, AI-driven workflows, and plugin-based solutions.
