Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Senior Live Ops Designer for the EA SPORTS F1 team. You will lead planning, creation and live delivery of immersive content to connect with motorsport fans worldwide.

You will collaborate with Product, Economy, Engineering, UI/UX, Art and Production to shape the future of racing games and deliver experiences that bring joy, inclusivity, and connection to millions of players.

Qualifications

5+ years designing and operating live service content for AAA games.
Shipping seasonal content such as items, rewards, objectives, passes, storefront content.
Experience using live ops tooling to implement, schedule, and maintain content; config-driven systems and reusable templates.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end planning and delivery of seasonal and promotional content roadmaps, including 8-week seasons, 4-week delivery periods, and limited-time drops, ensuring alignment with live service vision.
Define content pillars for each season and translate them into actionable plans; implement items, offers, goals, passes, and themed beats using live service tools.
Partner with Economy and Product to tune content for fairness, desirability, and pacing; support healthy in-game economy, engagement and retention.
Monitor content performance through dashboards and player feedback; guide iteration to improve player experience and content quality.
