Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced Producer for EA SPORTS F1® marketing and creative production. You will oversee end-to-end campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to deliver assets on time and within budget.

You will build schedules, track assets in Airtable/Asana, and lead discussions with brand, development, and licensing partners. A deep passion for sports and motorsport culture is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading creative production within gaming, agencies, post-production, VFX or sports entertainment.
• Experience managing full-cycle creative campaigns from concept to final within budget.
• Direct experience onboarding external vendors and collaborating with internal developers and art teams.
• Hands-on experience building production schedules and tracking pipelines with Airtable and Asana.
• Ability to navigate brand guidelines and coordinate asset reviews with licensors, partners and senior team members.
• Ability to boil complex, multi-tiered project plans down to critical paths and milestones.
• Collaborative approach to handling complex projects.
• Keen personal interest in sports, with knowledge of Formula 1 and motorsport culture.

Responsibilities

• Organise production of Visual Identity, Key Art, trailers, and screenshots from brief to on-time delivery.
• Build detailed schedules and track assets to provide partners with clear pipeline visibility.
• Lead asset discussions with senior partners across brand, dev, and craft; identify creative solutions.
• Translate notes into clear steps; ensure assets are delivered with fewer review cycles.
• Act as go-to coordinator for music licensing, brand approvals, in-game assets, and design elements.
• Forecast and manage vendor resources within +/-5% of the approved budget.
• Partner with internal teams and onboard external vendors to deliver creative work on time and on budget.
