Job summary

Electronic Arts in Guildford is seeking a Producer (EA SPORTS F1®) to run end-to-end production of marketing assets for our global racing franchise. You will oversee VisID, Key Art, trailers, and screenshots from brief to on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include schedule management, vendor coordination, asset reviews with licensors, and collaboration with internal art teams to ensure assets meet brand and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading creative production in gaming or related fields.
• Experience managing full-cycle campaigns from concept to delivery within budget.
• Experience onboarding external vendors and collaborating with internal teams.
• Hands-on production scheduling using Airtable and Asana.
• Ability to coordinate asset reviews with licensors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production of VisID, art, trailers and screenshots.
• Build detailed schedules and track assets with Airtable and Asana.
• Lead asset discussions with senior partners across brand, dev, and craft.
• Translate feedback into actionable steps to reduce review cycles.
• Coordinate music licensing, brand approvals and in-game assets.
