As a Senior or Lead Product Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying the highest-impact opportunities across live games and ensuring they are translated into measurable product improvements.
Working in close partnership with Executive Producers and Product Analysts, you'll use data, experimentation and player insights to drive decisions across retention, engagement, progression, economy design and monetisation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, enjoys solving complex product problems and is excited by the challenge of continuously improving live games through hypothesis-led experimentation.

What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Opportunity Identification
- Develop a deep understanding of player behaviour and product performance across multiple games.

Experimentation & Analytics
- Work closely with Product Analysts to design robust A/B tests.

- Evaluate outcomes objectively and adapt strategy based on findings.
- Ensure decisions are informed by meaningful player and business metrics.
Roadmap Ownership
- Partner with Executive Producers to shape and prioritise game roadmaps.
- Evaluate initiatives based on expected impact and value creation.
- Balance short-term wins with long-term product health.
- Ensure roadmap decisions are supported by data and player needs.

Essential Experience
- Significant Product Management experience within free-to-play mobile games.
- Track record of improving live game performance through product initiatives.
- Experience working on live-service products with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of player behaviour and product optimisation.
- Experience partnering closely with Producers, Game Leads or Product Leaders.

Salary Range:£60,000-£90,000 GBP per annum
