Job summary

Creation Group is seeking a Live Production Manager to lead medium-scale live event projects from concept to delivery at our London office. The role combines client liaison, budgeting, planning and on-site management across multiple suppliers and teams.

You will translate creative concepts into practical production plans, manage timelines and financials, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution during builds, live periods and breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end management of medium-scale projects from brief to onsite delivery.
• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, suppliers and deliverables.
• Collaborate with account directors and senior teams to align objectives and finances.
• Translate concepts into actionable production plans with internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of medium-scale projects, from initial brief and concept development through to onsite delivery, reconciliation and debrief.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Manage project budgets, schedules, suppliers and deliverables
• Work closely with Account Directors and senior project teams to ensure client objectives, budgets and deliverables are aligned.
• Translate creative concepts and client briefs into clear, achievable production plans, working collaboratively with internal teams to develop practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, production trackers, budgets and status reports.
• Manage project financials, including supplier quotations, purchase orders, budget tracking and final reconciliation.
• Proactively identify potential risks, challenges and opportunities, developing solutions to keep projects moving.
• Lead on project reporting, asset collation and post-event debriefs.
• Take an active role onsite during event builds, live periods and breakdowns, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
• Manage onsite suppliers, crew and contractors
• Oversee onsite production operations
• Source, brief and manage external production suppliers, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Work with internal Production and Fabrication teams to identify efficient and commercially viable delivery methods.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
