Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical event production management.
• Proven ability to manage complex live events end-to-end.
• Strong client and agency management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary production teams.
• Knowledge of audio, lighting, video, staging and event tech.
• Excellent project management with budgeting skills.
• Skilled in CAD drawings and production docs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Interpret briefs and develop integrated production solutions.
• Manage design, planning, installation, live delivery and debrief.
• Advise on technical production, staging and exhibition build.
• Produce specifications, CAD layouts, schedules and risk assessments.
• Oversee budgets, quotations, supplier costs and profitability.
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, suppliers and contractors.
• Plan logistics, transport, installation schedules and resources.
• Lead on-site production teams during build and operations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance delegate experiences.
• Conduct project reviews and support continuous improvement.
• Support business development and new opportunities.
