Sodexo Live! is seeking a creative Senior Event Programming Manager to lead the development and delivery of a dynamic programme of ticketed events at Fulham Pier, London.

You will curate a diverse calendar including live performances, cultural events and brand activations, partnering with internal teams and external partners to drive audience growth, revenue and exceptional visitor experience. • Proven track record of developing and delivering creative event programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver the venue’s overall creative programming strategy for ticketed events.
• Curate a diverse calendar of events including live performances, cultural events, immersive experiences, talks, workshops, and brand activations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate colleagues to perform at their best.
• Maintain relationships with Fulham Pier programming team and suppliers; review successes and set targets.
• Deliver programming that drives revenue, ticket sales and attendance targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to maximise event performance.
• Manage artist/promoter/supplier relationships including negotiating fees and contracts.
• Deliver budgeted revenue, profit and contribution targets across all event categories.
• Maximise revenue opportunities through pricing, yield and venue systems.
• Ensure proposals and contracts are commercially viable and profitable.
• Produce accurate monthly revenue forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
