Job summary

We Group is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the operational planning and delivery of projects across festivals, large-scale outdoor events and public realm activations. You will manage traffic, security, licensing and event safety documentation, while coordinating with clients, suppliers and authorities.

• Lead operational planning and delivery across festivals, outdoor events and public realm activations.
• Manage workstreams: traffic, security, ingress/egress, licensing and safety documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, local authorities and multi-agency partners.
• Support development of OPS processes and documentation.
