Job summary

CHG is seeking a Senior Event Production Manager (Planning) to lead the planning and execution of physical, hybrid, and virtual events in the UK. You will act as the main client liaison, coordinate with AV, catering, and operations, and ensure every detail from timelines to on-site delivery meets our high standards.

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and clear communication. You’ll oversee the Events Team, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement through post-event

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in event planning and production across physical, hybrid, and virtual formats.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong organisational and project management skills for multiple events.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AV production, catering logistics, and event operations.
• Proficiency in event management software and project management tools.
• 2 years experience in large-scale corporate event planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Events Team, ensuring staff scheduling and resource allocation.
• Act as main client liaison, coordinating requirements and timelines.
• Develop and maintain event documentation (PEOs, room layouts, timelines).
• Oversee pre-event planning milestones and communications with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AV, catering, and operations to finalise logistics.
• Manage on-site operations and post-event debriefs for continuous improvement.
