You'll bring strong B2B events agency experience in conference/exhibition spaces, a track record of detailed budgets for large projects including technical production, logistics and F&B, and excellent supplier

Qualifications

• B2B events agency experience in conference/exhibition space essential.
• Experience building budgets for large, complex projects including technical production, logistics and F&B.
• Ability to turn briefs into accurate, competitive budgets.
• Strong supplier knowledge and negotiation skills; commercial judgement.
• Ability to protect margins and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and production costing for pitches and projects across the UK and Europe.
• Collaborate with creative, production and project teams to translate briefs into budgets.
• Identify costs, options and best solutions for venues, logistics and crews.
