Job summary

The Jonathan Lea Network is seeking a Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 3+ PQE to handle a broad civil and commercial disputes caseload from Haywards Heath. The role offers hybrid working or fully remote options, with a base salary of £60,000–£80,000 and significant bonus potential tied to billing and referrals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE as a solicitor in litigation/dispute resolution.
• Experience in disputes including potential employment law work.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers or willingness to take on supervision.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied dispute resolution caseload for businesses and individuals.
• Running matters independently and with mixed level teams.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients.
• Taking introductory video calls and converting leads.
• Engaging with AI and legal technology embedded in JLN’s practices.
• Contributing to marketing initiatives.
