The Jonathan Lea Network is seeking a Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their growing team in a hybrid or remote capacity. The role focuses on civil and commercial disputes, with potential employment law work, and offers a salaried partner designation for the right candidate.

Hybrid working or fully remote options are available, with office presence in Haywards Heath and surrounding Sussex areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ PQE as a solicitor in litigation or disputes.
• Experience in employment law is a plus.
• Confident, personable and commercially minded with client focus.
• Experience supervising junior colleagues or keen to take on this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied litigation and disputes caseload for business and individual clients.
• Run matters independently and with mixed-level teams.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.
• Advise clients as a trusted professional adviser.
