Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
• Take ownership of cases with minimal supervision.
• Provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice to clients.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support department growth.
• Contribute to departmental strategy, business development and team development.
• Collaborate with senior management on future strategy and direction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service offering.
• Progress toward Head of Department with increasing leadership responsibilities.
