Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd in Dorset is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to lead the Private Client team, handling wills, probate, LPAs and trusts. You will manage a varied caseload with autonomy, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to succession planning and development of the practice, all within a friendly, settled environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years PQE in private client law.
• Experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts.
• Ability to manage own caseload with autonomy.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of Private Client matters (Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts).
• Advise clients on complex Private Client matters.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with individuals, families and contacts.
• Take ownership from instruction to completion and supervise juniors.
• Support colleagues with technical queries and help develop legal knowledge.
• Contribute to succession planning and growth of the Private Client offering.
• Collaborate across the firm to maintain high-quality service.
• Maintain firm’s professional standards and client service.
