Job summary

eNL is recruiting a Senior Litigation Solicitor in Dorset with 7+ PQE, offering hybrid working and a clear path toward Head of Department. You will lead a dispute resolution practice, managing a diverse caseload with autonomy and contributing to the team development.

You will shape strategy, guide junior lawyers and build lasting client relationships whilst progressing toward departmental leadership in a well-established firm.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in general litigation and dispute resolution.
• Ability to deliver commercially sensible outcomes for clients.
• Experience in leading, mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of general litigation and dispute resolution matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Take ownership of cases and progress matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide clear, pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
• Apply sound judgment when assessing risk, strategy and outcomes.
• Develop strong client relationships through high-quality, personal service.
• Support, supervise and mentor junior team members as the department grows.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategy and direction of the litigation department.
