Qualificações

• Minimum 8–10 years’ post-qualification litigation or regulatory experience.
• Experience with major US or UK law firms or investment banks.

Responsabilidades

• Advising on and managing pending and threatened legal and regulatory proceedings.
• Assisting with dispute prevention and broader risk management, including pre-litigation advice.
• Identifying risks and proposing strategies to minimise or eliminate them.
• Training on litigation risks, advising on policies and contracts to ensure protections.
• Managing relationships with external Counsel and service providers.
• Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Global Litigation teams.
