Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing associate development within an international law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong mentoring skills and ability to develop junior lawyers.
• Familiarity with staffing, workload balancing, and performance review processes.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing and work allocation across the Litigation team.
• Lead on integration and professional development for associates.
• Monitor workloads and utilisation to ensure equitable distribution of assignments.
• Support the associate performance review process and timelines.
• Identify staffing needs and hire targets in collaboration with the talent team.
• Collaborate with DEI team to promote inclusion and mentorship initiatives.
• Work with wellness teams to promote associate wellbeing.
