The role requires a qualified lawyer with 8–10 years of experience in litigation or dispute resolution, plus strong ADR knowledge and the ability to advise senior management and coordinate with outside counsel.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer required.
• 8–10 years’ experience as a litigator/dispute resolution lawyer.
• Experience managing complex litigation and ADR processes.
• Ability to advise senior management and work with outside counsel.
• Willing to apply knowledge across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Assess merits and craft strategy to minimize risk and reach resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal groups such as communications and finance.
• Advise internal senior management.
• Manage outside counsel, budgets and work plans.
• Advise across EMEA on different litigation and ADR systems.
• Help enhance the collective skill set of other legal professionals through training.
• Comply with reporting and cost management processes.
