Job summary

Cliveden House is seeking an experienced Senior Linen Porter to oversee our hotel laundry operations and lead a dedicated team. You’ll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate will supervise daily Laund handwork, manage tasks, train staff on delicate fabrics, and collaborate with departments to meet laundry needs while maintaining strict quality controls at Cliveden House.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel laundry operations to maintain high cleanliness standards.

• Train and guide laundry team members on proper handling of fabrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet laundry needs.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Maintain strict quality control to uphold Cliveden House standards.

Cliveden House is currently seeking an experienced Senior Linen Porter to oversee our laundry operations. As a Senior Linen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our esteemed guests expect. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in the heart of Cliveden House.

Our ideal candidate should:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel laundry, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards
• Manage and prioritise laundry tasks, including the washing, drying, pressing, and folding of laundry items
• Train and guide laundry team members, ensuring proper handling of delicate fabrics
• Collaborate with other departments to meet the laundry needs of various areas within the hotel
• Monitor inventory levels and order laundry supplies as needed
• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to uphold the high standards of Cliveden House
