Cliveden House is seeking an experienced Senior Linen Porter to oversee our hotel laundry operations. You will lead a dedicated team to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation our guests expect.

The role requires strong supervision, task prioritisation, and a collaborative approach with other departments to meet diverse laundry needs, manage stock, and uphold strict quality control at Cliveden House.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel laundry, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and prioritise laundry tasks, including the washing, drying, pressing, and folding of laundry items.
• Train and guide laundry team members, ensuring proper handling of delicate fabrics
• Collaborate with other departments to meet the laundry needs of various areas within the hotel
• Monitor inventory levels and order laundry supplies as needed
• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to uphold the high standards of Cliveden House

As a Senior Linen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our esteemed guests expect.
