Job summary

Cliveden House in Maidenhead seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and care for every corner of the property overlooking the River Thames. You will set the standards, develop your team and ensure the estate is presented beautifully every day.

This role requires a sharp eye for detail and strong organisational and commercial judgement, with a genuine passion for people and luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for the presentation of our guest rooms, suites and public areas
• Build strong relationships with Front Office, Maintenance and the senior management team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Inspire, support and develop a large housekeeping team
• Bring consistency and attention to detail to every aspect of the department
• Recruit and train team members, helping them grow in their roles
• Take ownership of departmental budgets, labour costs and stock control
• Ensure health, safety and compliance requirements are met
• Use guest feedback to continually improve the housekeeping experience

Executive Housekeeper

We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and care for every corner of Cliveden House. From guest rooms and suites to public spaces, you will set the standards, develop your team and ensure the property is presented beautifully every day.

This is a visible leadership role for someone who combines a sharp eye for detail with strong organisation, sound commercial judgment and a genuine passion for people and luxury hospitality.
