Job summary

Our client is urgently seeking the right kind of Senior Line 3 Technical Engineer to support, develop and maintain core business critical systems such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Entra, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper‑V, backups, SharePoint Online, and perimeter security.

You will join an Out of Hours ICT Senior Engineering rota (1 in 5 weeks) and work mainly in an office environment in Worcester area, with occasional regional travel; a degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or significant enterprise IT experience in critical server/infrastructure support.
• Experience across Microsoft architectures and cloud services (Office 365, Azure, Entra).
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, security, and IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Support, develop and maintain core business systems and infrastructure.
• Participate in the Out of Hours ICT Senior Engineering rota (1 in 5 weeks).
• Lead and contribute to ICT technical projects and problem solving.
