Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer for an office-based role in Nutfield. You will own technically challenging escalations, work across Windows Server, AD, 365, Citrix and networking, and contribute to maintenance and migrations.

The position is office-based, five days a week, with opportunities for technical development and team collaboration within a senior support function.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure and complex environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems or suppliers.
• Experience at 3rd line or senior technical support level preferred.
• MSP/multi-customer support experience desirable.
• Office-based role in Nutfield, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technically challenging escalations from 1st/2nd line.
• Investigate until resolution or clear escalation path.
• Maintain tickets and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Support 1st/2nd line with guidance and documentation.
• Contribute to maintenance, migrations and project work.
