As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist in our Marketing Operations Team, your goal will be to develop and expand segmented lifecycle programs that foster engagement, enhance long-term retention, and boost customer lifetime value (LTV) across our global beauty, health, and wellness marketplace. You'll collaborate closely with Martech, Data, and Product teams to craft exceptional customer journeys for providers and users alike.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging).
  2. Enhance customer journeys through data-driven A/B testing and segmentation strategies.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and engaging customer experiences.
  4. Analyze campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ROI.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Lifecycle/CRM marketing within SaaS or two-sided marketplace environments, driving engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and multi-channel campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams to create customer-centric messaging and experiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.

It will also help if you have:

  • Experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
  • Experience building journeys targeting both B2B and B2C customers.
