Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience from Life Sciences industry, or an Advanced Degree, or other non-consulting work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to work within an intense, challenging program and environment.
• A problem-solving mindset: anticipating issues and proactively finding solutions.
• A process-driven person who enjoys digging into operations, numbers and data for improvement.
• High work ethic; Veeva is a hard-working company.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, timelines).
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating and engagement models, processes, and performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to pull through tangible business solutions.
