Job summary

Knight Temple Recruitment Ltd in Farnborough is advertising an office-based protection sales role. You will work from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm (Mon-Thu) and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays, using provided leads to sell income protection and related products.

Starting salary is £35,000 with realistic OTE of £70,000, funded Ro1 & Ro5 qualifications. The role requires a proven track record in similar protection advisory work, strong objection handling, and a consultative approach to the sales process, with

Qualifications

• Proven record in phone-based protection/advice roles.
• Ability to handle objections in a demanding environment.

• Proof of earnings in the past 2 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide protection advice over the phone to clients.
• Utilise supplied hot leads and fresh web-based leads from marketing resources.
• Follow the company sales process to close cases.
• This is an office-based role in Farnborough.

Based in Farnborough our client is a successful, directly authorised life brokerage providing a range of life and protection products to consumers on an advice basis.

The successful candidate will be provided with a selection of leads, including hot key from colleagues who have identified that the client is seeking advice, review leads from their extensive live client base, and fresh web-based leads from the clients own marketing resource.

Please note this is an office-based role.

The person

• Proven record in working within a similar phone-based protection role providing advice across the whole spectrum in particular income protection.
• Demonstrable ability to manage objections and rejection within a demanding environment.
• Able to demonstrate a consultative approach to the fact find and sales process.
• Able to provide proof of pervious 2 years earnings/performance within a similar role.

The Rewards

• Basic starting salary £35,000
• Monthly bonus. Based on the performance of the existing team this gives an OTE of between £60-70,000 pa.
• Benefits include 25 days holiday p.a. Gym membership, pension, and private medical insurance after a qualifying period.
• Fully funded support to achive industry recognised qualifcatiosn Ro1 & Ro5

Hours of work are between 9.30 am and 7.00 pm Monday – Thursday: 9 to 5 Friday.
