About the Role

As a Protection Advisor, you’ll take ownership of a consistent flow of warm leads referred directly from the in‑house mortgage team. Your role is to conduct full financial reviews, identify genuine needs, and craft protection solutions that provide long‑term security for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews with warm, pre‑qualified clients referred by mortgage advisors
• Recommend and arrange life, critical illness, and income protection policies tailored to individual needs
• Maintain a high standard of compliance, service, and accuracy in all recommendations
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction
• Contribute positively to a vibrant, “work hard, play hard” team environment

Remuneration

• Basic salary up to £36,000 (dependent on experience)
• 15% net commission on all written business – with no threshold or validation
• Average monthly protection premiums between £60–£80 per case
