M&G plc is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst in Non-Financial Risk for the Life division. You will provide dedicated non-financial risk oversight, challenge and framework governance across Life areas, engaging with first-line Risk teams and third parties.

You will lead RCSA reviews, issues, events and KCAs, design risk framework training, and deliver insights to support the assurance agenda. Flexible working arrangements may be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Risk, Non-Financial Risk or related control disciplines in financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, governance and processes.
• Expertise with risk management systems and MetricStream.
• Significant experience reviewing RCSA, Issues, Events and Risk Framework activities.
• Ability to assess framework outputs and identify escalation needs.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management with first-line Risk teams.
• Experience designing governance support and Risk Framework guidance.
• Strong analytical capability to identify emerging risks and trends.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day 2LOD oversight and challenge across Life business areas and third-party relationships.
• Act as primary Risk Framework contact for assigned areas and support relationships with stakeholders.
• Serve Life NFR SME for Risk Framework application and MetricStream usage.
• Lead framework oversight activities including review of RCSA, Issues, Events and KCAs.
• Design and deliver Risk Framework training and support framework enhancements.
• Provide independent analysis of risk information to identify emerging risks and escalation needs.
• Support assurance reviews, thematic assessments and control environment reviews.
• Coordinate with Risk and Compliance SMEs to deliver agreed actions and outcomes.
