Job summary

Hasbro Consumer Products operates from Capper Street, London, with a hybrid model requiring in-office presence on Tue–Thu and flexibility for Mon and Fri remote. We seek a Senior Financial Analyst to support Licensing Finance with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for licensed brands.

You will build robust models, analyse results, support month-end close, and provide insights to partners and senior leadership. Strong Excel, SAP, Power BI, and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of financial analysis, planning, or related role.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI and Longview is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models for objectives and timeliness.
• Portfolio analysis, including whitespace opportunities.
• Prepare, analyse and present monthly results with actuals and accruals.
• Perform variance analysis between forecast and actuals and derive insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor targets and share files.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to inform decisions.
• Support best practices in financial analysis and process compliance.
