Job summary

A leading global entertainment company in London is seeking a Product Development Manager to steer licensed Toys, Games and Consumer Products across EMEA. You will work with internal teams and licensing partners to shepherd products from concept through to market, ensuring approvals and on-time delivery.

Location: London Hybrid (1 day per week onsite). Contract: 13-Month, Inside IR35. Experience in toy, game or consumer products licensing is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Product development experience within Toys, Games, Consumer Products, Hardlines or Licensing.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Understanding of product manufacturing and approval processes.
• Experience working with licensed brands/IP.
• Toy, games or consumer products experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development and approvals from concept through to market.
• Collaborate with licensing partners and internal stakeholders to align on timelines and specs.
• Ensure understanding of manufacturing and approval processes to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market on time and within budget.
