Job summary

Hasbro, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead compensation programs across EMEA and APAC, partnering with local HR teams and leaders to build competitive plans.

The role requires influencing executives and delivering data-driven insights within a hybrid work setup in the Greater London area. You will own base, variable pay, equity and incentive program design, along with market benchmarking, budgeting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proven compensation experience.
• Experience designing base, variable, equity and incentive plans.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence executives and partner across regions.
• Experience in a matrix global organization and regional support (EMEA & APAC).

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation programs including market benchmarking, planning, and budget management.
• Advise HR Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation philosophy.
• Partner with Finance to craft incentive plans and governance.
• Design enterprise-wide pay programs and client pay programs.
• Operate autonomously while aligning with governance standards.
