Baston Irwin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator for a multi-office setup in the Gillingham area. The role covers the full letting process from appraisals to move-ins, with a focus on building long-term relationships with tenants and landlords.

The ideal candidate will have property lettings experience, be target-driven, and possess excellent communication. A UK driving licence is required, and hours run Monday to Friday with Saturday rotations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate property market appraisals and listings.

• Match prospective tenants to suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and landlords throughout the letting process.
• Deal with financial/legal matters related to letting; guide applicants through to completion.
• Contribute to smooth daily branch operation.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Independent multi office client based in Gillingham ME8

Property Lettings experience is a must, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are also imortant qualities for this vibrant and forward thinking company.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and offers through to their successful move ins. You will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with tenants and Landlords, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Coordinating property Market appraisals and listings
• Growing market share the company portfolio
• Achieving a good level of fee
• Effectively marketing properties to attract potential applicants
• Matching prospective tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact with tenants, landlords.
• Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the letting process
• Guiding applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
• Experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Obtain a full valid UK driving licence

This Senior Lettings Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects. Local experience is not essential, however an understanding on the company structure and local area is preferred

The hours will be:

• Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Saturdays 9.00am - 5.00pm with a day off in the week

Salary range will be:

• £25.000 - £28.000pa Basic salary
• an OTE of around £38,000pa - £40.000pa
• Car allowance to be negotiated
